This idyllic complex is situated on the outskirts of Espiche, a small, old village close to the historical town Lagos. You have a magnificent view over the estates and the vineyards. It feels like you are miles away from the tourist areas although its only a 5 min. drive to Praia da Luz, with its nice beach, terraces and restaurants. Within 10 min. you are in the centre of the lively Lagos with its cosy terraces under the orange trees.
In Espiche there are a few small shops for the daily shopping and 2 very good restaurants. In the restaurant Adega de Papegaia you can enjoy a fado-evening.
There are lots of things to do, like playing tennis and golf, fishing, sailing and walking. The owners of this complex, the Dutch couple Anneke and Joop Soonius are living in the Portugal for 15 years. They manage a special golf agency and they arrange golf clinics etc. for a special price. This bungalow is ideal for a long term rental during the winter. There is floor-heating in the house, also in the bathroom and there is a fireplace.
