Description: This Portugal style villa with magnificent views over the sea and over the nature reserve Ria Formosa is located on the outskirts of a quiet villa urbanization in the town Fuzeta. You can find this typical Portuguese fisherman’s town between the cities Tavira and Olhão.
The villa is decorated in a classical and Portuguese style. The spacious living room is divided in a dining area and a sitting area, which is in a lower part with a television. Just open the doors and you can sit on the large terrace with a view over the swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped (also with dishwasher).
There are 2 double bedded bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms.
All around the villa you can relax in a very spacious garden with terraces, swimming pool, a barbecue place with sitting-area and a play garden for children. Just have a look at the pictures!
You can enter through the gate to park your car.
At the distance of 900 meters you can find a supermarket, several shops, restaurants, terraces and a boulevard. There are also some small “beaches”. The Ria Formosa lagoon is a system of barrier islands that communicates with the sea through 6 inlets. You can go to the beach of Barril Island by boat or by a water taxi (trip of 10 min.)
The train station is about a 800 meters.
